wishing you a sparkler-burnin', watermelon-eatin', parade-enjoyin', sunshine-lovin', picture-takin', memory-makin' 4th of July!
I'm just a girl with a blog, trying to live a fuller life.
As always a wonderful photo.
And the photo and post below took my breath away. You are so talented and you and your words are so powerful.
I am thinking of you and hoping you find that which you are searching for beneath the water. And I pray that the moonlight maps a path across the water and that the scent of flowers fill your heart with healing and love.

michelle...
happy day.
but more than that, i wanted to respond to your other post.
sweetie, i am in a similar position - exhausted, depressed (for me, for no real reason), rundown, frustrated. there is one thing that helps me. (besides finishing my period). go to the library or the bookstore and find a book of pema chodron's and read it. i'm thinking specifically of "when things fall apart: heart advice for difficult times". what you were saying about several crises instead of just one midlife one, well, she speaks to that in a way that you may find comforting. lord knows i do.
don't give up on your dreams. they're YOUR dreams, that's part of what makes you michelle. i wish i could take my (admittedly childless) advice when i tell you that i wish you could give yourself rest without stressing out about it. you know? once you get energy back it will all make sense.
that's what i believe...but where to get it from?
i'm thinking of you.
