A post for the senses ... thank you for sharing and taking us on your morning walk, M. Brilliant. xx, JP

This is just perfect. I could smell the air and hear the birdsong.

hel

Beautiful. I will take the smell of honeysuckle to work with me. Thank you.

how coincidental...i had similar sensory appreciation in my yard earlier this morning, as i let the dog out. i noticed the cool air with a touch of dampness-how fresh, and green and incredible! i felt full of gratitude, and to know you had an experience like this i now am imagining millions of others waking and appreciating the earth in its glory.

What a glorious way to start your day. The experience will go with you all day long, your own little secret core of strength to get you through whatever may come.

I love honeysuckle...

And a third week for the Month of Me... I think I will continue on with this after May. It's been a great experience for me to look back on all the wonderful things that have happened this week. They weren't good things that I did for myself but good things that happened. A variation on a theme.

Your description of the morning sky reminds me of the pink purple cloud streaks I was watching from bedroom window at yesterday's sunset.

Beautiful poetry.

Is there anything better than dew-wet honeysuckle on a spring morning? And the birds must be lavish dreamers indeed...love all of this.

That was so pretty, makes me want to take a morning walk. One of my favorite things to do lately is sit in a chair in our back yard in the morning, close my eyes and listen to the birds.
